Dear Friends,
I'd like to share with you my new piano solo album, which I recently self-produced and published.
It features original piano solo music that I composed and performed.
Please, check the presentation video and listen to the entire album for free here!
I hope that you will enjoy my music!
Many thanks for listening,

Renzo

Greetings Renzo and welcome to PW,

I just came across your posting here and now listening to your piano via your website. Really enjoy what I'm hearing ! Curious if you incorporate improvisation in your compositions or if they are played in a set way. Or if your process of composition has a strong component of improvisation for your ideas and structure.

Cheers, Dara

I took a listen to the entire album. Congratulations Renzo , very fine work !

Doing a quick web search I came across this article/interview with you which explores other pursuits of yours: acoustical engineering, sound acoustics, mathematics, etc. I've given a link to the article below in case others have an interest.

Hi Dara!
Thank you for your very kind feedback!
What you've heard from the recording is the final stage of each composition, so basically there is no improvisation, the pieces are set (even though sometimes I end up improvising a bit when I perform live).
As for the process of composition, every piece has of course a different genesis. Some pieces emerged from a more systematic (traditional) approach, whereas others are the result of an extensive improvisation process, which I eventually refined and frozen into a final form.
I am very glad that you enjoyed my music, I'm happy to share it here as a tiny contribution for everyone's creative process!
Cheers,
Renzo

Congratulations on achieving wonderful success in your music career. You have SO much to be grateful for. And, you have created it all with the love for your passion. Such a fantastic recording...not only your compositions, but the quality of the captured audio. Remarkable. All the best to your continuing path.

Hi Tonio,
many thanks for your kind words, I appreciate it!
The path is still long and hard, it's just the beginning. But I'll keep following my passion for music with lot of commitment and honesty, that's the best way to be grateful for so many beautiful things, which I can hardly list.
