Does anyone on here have experience with where to find good quality, small tuning tips?

I've run across a few pianos for which I need a very small tip (i.e. very old Knabe). I haven't measured these pins, but they must be significantly smaller than a 1/0 at .276" (a #1 Wantanabe still drifts around with an impossibly large arc to do the job).

Thanks to all!
