When you see a piece of music and play that piece of music for the first time, that is called sighreading, right?

If you play a piece without music in front of you, it is playing from memory?

I have memory problems, so when I play a piece day after day and month after month without mistakes, musically, slow or faster and with control whether I play it daily or after weeks without playing the piece - with the music always in front of me - what phrase would one use to convey that thought. Thanks for any imput.
