I realize this question can have different answers based on a each maker but which parts of building a piano can be done or are typically done by computer controlled/programed machines?

CNC manufacturing/milling of the harp patterns to cast the frames

Saw and mill the wooden frame bars

Clean and deburr the cast harp

Drill the frame holes, bridge holes, mechanism frame holes

Robotized / assisted pretensioning of the strings

Spray the lacquer (harp, rim) while turning the object on a CNC rotary table

mill keys and key frame

Drilling the key bed for the guiding pins

Glueing the key covers

Mill, drill, glue the repetition parts and damper mechanism parts

Numerical/automated assisting of assembling the damper levers, repetitions and hammer shanks into mechanism

Saw, drill and mill the pinblock

Lathe, mill and drill the tuning pins

Pounding-in the piano

retracting into lurk mode: which point now might get questions/objections.. ;-)

Machine dovetail joints for bellybracing
Machine crown in skeleton (rim) assembly
Machine & carve case parts (legs, etc.)
Machine crown ribs
Drill, notch and pin bridges
Cut grand and vertical skeletons to exact shape
Notch skeletons and/or soundboard liners for ribs

(And I'm sure I'm forgetting a few more....)
