Hello,
I have problem to use MIDI output on my Kawai CL-36.
When I connected DP to PC (Win7 64bit) through MIDI to USB cable, drivers installed automatically. Now I see USB MIDI device under control/devices in Win7. However, when I open Jalmus or Pianoteq (demo), there is no input from DP. I am not sure, if there is anything I have to do on CL-36 to enable MIDI, manual is not very helpful. In Pianoteq under devices there is either Creative ASIO or NONE. In Jalmus under MIDI IN there is USB MIDI and MIDI SEQUENCER. I just need to find out if DP is sending any MIDI data to my PC. MIDI to USB cable has 3 lights on it (red\orange\green) but only the red one is ON. I also downloaded Kawai USB MIDI driver, but didn't help.
Thanx for any help.

OMG stupid MIDI cable, it has wrong labels. I switched cables IN and OUT and it's working now :-)

Punta Alta, Buenos Aires, Arge...
That's because the in cable is supposed to be connected to the out conector (the data goes out from the DP and gets into the cable) and the same for the out, I ended buying an interchangeable midi interface cable...
