I am going to be in New York on Saturday, the 10th of November, arriving on W. 58th St. Piano Row about 10 am. I'm going to be focusing on Beethoven's and Klavierhaus and if I don't get too burned out, I'll go down the street to Faust Harrison and Allegro. Let me know by e-mail, dpbmss@aol.com, if you are interested in joining me.

Several of us did that (Piano Crawl) 2 years ago! It was so great. Klavierhaus was closed for remodeling, Bechstein was there, also went to Steinway Hall. Faust Harrison was the highlight. Every piano on the floor prepped to the hilt! Did not go to Beethoven's.

Wish I lived closer because Im sure you'll have a great time. Look forward to you reporting back on what you played. Have fun.

Retired at the beach (well maybe not completely)

Anton Rubinstein said about the piano: "You think it is one instrument? It is a hundred instruments!"
