Hi piano john,
I don't know if you are looking for feedback in general or otherwise....I like it. I would say my ear was ready to hear some different ideas about the 1/2 way mark.

What you have is a pretty melody that becomes more frantic and the accompaniment more complex in the second half and for me that structure doesn't work. After the second time through the melody I heard it going to a sustained high note that would lead to similar (but different) melodic material. Perhaps another melody that would work in counterpoint with the first then you can put them together to finish it.
