Hi there!

My old Yamaha P-60 has two problems. Hope I can state them clearly with my unprofessional description:

First, as shown in the picture, there are three white keys and two black keys popping out of the normal positions. They work well, though.

Second, the black key between D and E would be hit when D or E is played. The collide just makes noise, but won't play the black key.

Should I open the box to check out what's happening inside, or contact the piano repair center to fix it?
