synthesia vs onlinepianist or else?

Hello, speaking about this two types of programs, i have to say that synthesia is by far the better program. But the resourcers in having the music cant beat onlinepianist.

I would like to take out the midi from onlinepianist,to play it on synthesia, but i think they dont allow it. Anyone has a solution to this ?

Or is their any alternative from getting the midi files, to synthesia ?

Is there any way to use Synthesia if using an acoustic piano?
Like using a USB microphone?

as Synthesia is a midi-based program I don't think there's any way around using a midi-compatible piano/device unless you wish to hand-construct the midi file in notation software
