Just wanted to share. I'm finally starting to build a youtube channel, and will be adding more videos in the next few weeks!

P.S. sorry about the darkness, I hate bright lights on stage, but I probably overdid it a little.....

Darling,

The interemzzo sounds lovely and you look beautiful! I can't listen to anything else right now, but I promise you (and myself) to come back later. I have so many scores to edit that I'll need the beautiful sound of your recordings! smile

Thanks for (finally) sharring...

Since these are quite well known pieces, it takes a very beautiful performance to hold my interest. You succeeded in doing that!

I'm not familiar with these pieces because I'm a classical music boor, but you sure can play! I hope you put up some Chopin, which I'd be more likely to know. Please? laugh

Playing since age 21 (September 2010) and loving it more every day.

You need to start making a YouTube name. You could rival Lola in terms of looks and Lisitsa in terms of playing. Double win for you.

You might be in trouble here, George. Just sayin'.

Pogo: In addition to all else, you have such a wonderful way with rhythm and tone. The rhythm thing is so remarkable -- so flexible and tasteful. Like, the way you often stretch melody notes, lovingly lingering, and without losing the basic pulse, and sounding so natural, never artificial or forced. It's musical sorcery at its best. I feel it to this extent in very few pianists, and you've got it.

I'm so confused!?? What trouble??

Thanks all for such nice responses. I wish I played with more exaggerated contrast... A lot of things we think we're doing and they don't come through... But some things worked I guess!

Sorry, I don't play Chopin anymore - but I have part of the 2nd concerto with orchestra in my channel.

Just listening to 118/2.

My type of interpretation! Very nice.

Not rushed. Each important phrase sung. Notes lingered. Anticipation of the next note.

I am so glad that I tuned in.

I felt the passion of Brahms.

This is extraordinary playing! The Brahms is so beautiful - I love the way you shape your phrases. Lovely attention to inner voices and excellent voicing.

I'm so happy to see someone playing Brahms instead of Chopin... I'm so sick of hearing Chopin.
