Don Cherry's invisible piano desk...

What happens when you have an overly enthusiastic hockey commentator with a flair for expressing his thoughts with his hands? ...

Cherry's really become very flamboyant. The Liberace of Canuck hockey commentators. Is that from Hockey Night in Canada?

Um, nevermind, I see it now, it was hard to look past that jacket. I like his use of tone clusters.

A friend sent me this video, this past evening. I thought it was so funny I linked it over in the ABF where I hang out. I hope you don't mind.

It's a refreshing change from his commentary on hockey.

No, he's completely unbearable no matter what. And Sinden was right.

That piano has very short sustain! I think the soundboard has lost its crown.

Very Funny! With the red coat, flower, and crazy collar, he has to be a pianist.

"Imagine it in all its primatic colorings, its counterpart in our souls - our souls that are great pianos whose strings, of honey and of steel, the divisions of the rainbow set twanging, loosing on the air great novels of adventure!" - William Carlos Williams
