I have no idea what to expect for dinner plans tonight, but that's way OT!

Speaking of OT, I'll be a lot more scarce this weekend. Unlike Wayne, I have yet to review all of the ABF recital pieces. I am looking forward to that.

Well, it's time to finish my work project so that I can do other things like preparing dinner.

No Rossy, I won't be sharing dinner in that way you described earlier. I don't mind sharing. However, I am very fussy about how to do it! laugh

It's mellow music time for me as I unwind and get ready for bed. Thanks to those who posted today. I'm looking forward to hearing more tomorrow.

This will be my last post for the evening. Here is Dionne Warwick singing "The Look of Love."

Good night!

Hya dudes and dudettes, back proper now after yesterdays flying visit by Mrs R's parents.
Tension totally off now, and a good nights sleep was had.

News today is that AimeeO wishes she was called evatrout, unfortunately this is name is allready taken, but Happily, Adeltrout has not been taken.

So, Adeltrout it is for AimeeO.
Wayne has for some time now been known as The Yorkie-cod.
Whilst my good self has oft been called allaboutthehalibut.
Not sure if griffin has a prefered aquatic name, we will have to wait and see.

Eating slightly iffy fish can cause some amazing dreams as I allready mentioned in the Penguin cafe history.

Wonder if that happened to John lennon with this one....

Hi Rossy, and good morning to everyone! Rossy, I'm glad everything turned out well yesterday with the in-law's visit.

I've never thought of a preferred aquatic name before. However, SalmonMan might work for me.

My iPad has tested my patience to the limit this morning. It won't turn on at all! mad I've given it lots of attention, and this is how I am repaid! I'll be taking it to the shop and let them deal with it since it's still under warranty.

In the meantime, my desktop is getting me through beautifully. Since I'm still feeling positive about this, my first post has some relevance. Here is Gloria Gaynor singing "I Will Survive."

I'll post a few more later this morning.

I am genuinely sorry to hear about your Ipad Griffin.
I know from experience that new technology can be a real pain and take ages to master, so it does what you want it to do, and I have come to expect that from most things, like phones and computors etc, but refusing to turn on?
Thats just totally uncoperative of the device in question.

I would complain back at the shop, like really bitterly, hopeing like crazy that it didn't have a flat battery, and it wasn't my fault for forgetting to charge it or something like a fuse gone in the power lead?

If you make a lot of noise in a very busy shop, they may offer you the Ipad2 as a replacement... Hmmm, will this be twice as troublesome, twice as hard to use? what does the "2" mean? Lol.

Oh, yesterday saw the arrival of my spare parts!!!
well 17 of them anyways.

There should have been 52, as that is the amount of white keys on my keyboard, and they all have a counterweight.

I immediately whined in an email, and the guy was really apologetic, saying the guys in the wharehouse must have misunderstood his instructions, and he would get them to send out the rest........

Well, I know he is genuine, but how can anyone misunderstand "A full set of 52 counterweights" for "17 random ones"

This would be my first question....

Anyways, the ones that did arrive when promised took just two days, so hopefully the "corrected amount" will arrive just as fast.....

I live in hope, slightly diminished hope, but still hopefull.

Hi everybody!

Rossy, glad to see you back. You are living a true adventure with those pieces. I wish the rest of them arrived soon.

Coming back to music, I have ever loved the dances from Renaissance. This music is so timeless.

Hya Recaredo, and goog evening to you.
that was a lovely piece of music, thank you so much.
Also, thanks for the good wishes with my parts adventures.

Usually, I like adventures, in fact, my favourite thing in life, is just getting in a vehicle, and going off on an unknown destination, just having a peep on a map for something that looks good, but being prepared to stop anywhere at all to see what is good.

I could do this forever. but the parts adventure, I wish was over, i really want my keyboard back to 100% !!

Soon, I suppose, Soon.

Right here we go, fun time..

Clarence House has said, and I quote: "These have been developed in line with our guidelines"

Rossys suggestion: "Sort your guidelines out Royal dudes."

And why? you may well ask...

Well, after the Horrendous "Kate middleton doll" We now get "The William and Kate wedding dolls"

What makes this laughable is the editor of "majesty magazine" (which Rossy has no access to by the way)

States: (and I quote again) "these dolls are a reasonable likeness"

That will be with your eyes shut in a darkened room then, on the shortest day of the year in winter. Or possibly after staring at the sun for an hour with naked eyes.(not ever recomended)

Obviously the "pink and pleasent plastic icon company" is in full swing again..

It's wrong to let me influence you though, make your own minds up, I dont know the cost yet, but even if they are free I wont be claiming one for the Rossy household, Jeez we have enough garbage we need to get sorted.

Forgot to mention, with this next item, a "kit form" as in Knit your own, at least you can stick pins in the end result..
And they do appear a little more lifelike than the official ones......

Great postings Elssa! Sorry I couldn't respond earlier to the Nat and Natalie posting. My iPad wasn't working. Now I've had a chance to see it from the desktop. I always loved their duet. Mother-in-law was always fun to hear. Thanks again.

Thanks Elssa!! It wasn't too bad, just sort of grinned and bore it! Loved the "Mother in law" and "Rag doll"

Hey out of curiosity, can any of you dudettes Knit?
I always wanted a knitted clanger..
Actually thats a stupid statement, as all clangers are knitted! I just love clangers little pokey noses..

Wonder where Wayne is tonight?
When he isnt here it means he is up to no good usually, probably. Mostly..
