I dream playing the Hammerklavier. It would be so marvellous. Or maybe playing the Etudes trascendental execution.

I know that to get such level you have to work hard a lot of years, but dreaming is free. wink

I had a dream where I was playing Chopin's Fantasie Impromptu.

That's not going to happen for a few years.

I dreamed once that I was playing a lot of Chopin pieces, but when I woke up I realized that the pieces from my dream were really Mozart instead. Weird!

I have not to this point had a dream about playing piano. I guess it's still too new me (or at least new to my sleeping brain frown )

I have dreamed that a few times, but before I actually started playing. All I remember now that I could play wonderfully, fingers went all by themselves laugh

Maybe dreaming is not free, I'm working on it now?

I've been waking in the middle of the night and feel my hands are playing the piano? I can hear the music I'm playing too. This happens just for 2-3 seconds while I turn to the other side of the bed then I instantly fall asleep again. It happened twice tonight. It's been going on for months.

I often dream about playing. Usually I dream about improvising. Sometimes I can see actual scores I'm practicing in my dreams. Sometimes if I stay in bed in the morning to catch a little extra sleep instead getting up to practice, I'll dream I'm practicing. Once I had a nightmare in which the keys started swapping positions as I played. And in one dream I had an encounter with Liszt. He was wearing a hard hat and driving an earthmover at the time. He offered me a job in his construction company.

Slow down and do it right.

I have dream pieces, but I don't dream a dream - my husband says it's not true. Everyone dreams.. He says I just don't remember it. But, if it you are talking about dream pieces, yes, it keeps growing.. I am doing long and physically demanding pieces now (eg. Beethoven sonata) now while I am young.
