Thanks Apple! I hope you are feeling better and well on your way to a full recovery! I took a fall and hit my head on concrete a couple years back; knocked me out, and I've had a little trouble with memory since then---so I understand just a little bit about how a "brain fog" feels! As a fellow Estonian, I recommend you just play that piano and let the music help in your recovery! I believe music is the best "soothing for the sole" there is! (Of course I'm a little biased!) Get better soon! Teri

I'll add to what everyone else has said: beautiful piano and a lovely setting for it. Anyone who thinks black is the only color for a grand piano should have a look at yours.

TeriLyn--your piano is beautiful. I hope you're enjoying it! Were you able to join the Estonia group? I had trouble as well.

B Thanks for the compliment! No, I was not able to join, the registration won't click through so you can register, so I don't know what else to try! Maybe someone who is already on will contact us and help us get registered!

Teri, You have one of the most dazzling pianos I’ve seen! Besides having an appreciation for beautiful pianos, I’m in the Home Furnishings business and have a few comments for you to consider, or not. Although the room is tight, I suggest that you try moving the piano away from the wall towards the sofa at an angle so that it is not square with the wall. Only the keyboard would move towards the sofa and the opposite end would move as close as possible towards the corner while leaving an adequate walkway in front of the sofa. Also a smaller round area rug under only the piano would make the room seem more spacious. The piano now is the dominating focus point in the room, not the fireplace. Since the fireplace is not used you can move the piano in front of it and your friends will have a full view of you while you are playing. Rooms are more interesting when everything is not square. These are just suggestions to try if you have not already considered them. Congratulations!

Thanks, we actually tried that and felt it was crowding the sofa too much---but we didn't quite get it's tail back that far. Maybe when I can get some help to lift it again we will try that! I would really rather prefer it the way you suggest! And the rug suggestion is a good one too---I guess I'll start shopping for a new rug! Thanks again!

The Estonia World Forum should accept new registrations now.
I upgraded the software to the latest release and it seems to be functioning perfectly!
So, try again!
I still have to approve all registrations and I have checked that process out with the new software and it works just fine.
Looking forward to seeing all of you there!

TeriLyn: This is truly a stunning piano: this from on of the oldest Estonia dealers.... To be frank, I've never seen let alone had one of these before. You may just have motivated me to put an order in - even if it may take another 10 years to get one.. Congrats!! Norbert
