Is anyone here familiar with this conservatory? I'm planning on auditioning for it when I'm about 21 or 22.

I performed there for a musical festival last year. They rate each and every performer according to how they play a piece. Highest being platinum and they award a kind of scholarship to the platinum holders.

I'm not very sure about the scholarship programme(I was only awarded bronze), the conservatory is very nice. They have recording studios which are awesome(but awfully cold), nice scenery. Thats all I know.

Never, ever lose against yourself and always try to be a better person than you ever were yesterday.

Founder of my own dreams, to become a concert pianist.

I am Samuel Cho(click!) and music is what I'm here for.

First of all, it would be great if you could provide some further information on what are you after... You want information on the teachers, the audition, the scenery, the awards, the scholarships...

Then it would be even better if you would provide more info on yourself. Just the fact that you're 21-22 doesn't mean a thing, to be honest.

Finally, why not contact people INSIDE the conservatory? Without looking at the link, I'm pretty certain that you could find contact info for the tutors, the offices, and perhaps even e-mails of students there. It's worth a try, isn't it?

The website shows a beautiful facility! I can't imagine any present school having a grander. It would seem from the website that it is equal to any school in that way. As might be expected, the majority of faculty are Asians, but a number of westerners are there as well.

As to cost, etc., I didn't check into that but it would a good choice for the education one might seek in music. Further investigation and inquiries are in order for those who might consider it.
