Hello everyone. I hope someone still remember me. I was taking a break because of hand pain, I saw a dozen doctors, they didn't help much. I'm done resting and I am playing. My hands feel better overall when I'm doing something other than waiting for them to heal smile

Here are 2 videos from my last recital before I took a break in June. My next one is on MONDAY and I'm playing Blood Theme from the tv drama Dexter.

This is nevrous me:

An amazing kid who hates to practice but somehow still does good, imagine how he'd play if he did try harder: (this was my fav performance from the recital)

Hi Teodor, I remember.

Glad to hear your hands are somewhat better and you are able to play again. Good luck in the recital, and welcome back to the ABF.

Wow, not easy pieces to play full stop, never mind in front of people. You handled yourself very well. The thought of playing in front of people terrifies me! Sounds like you're really pleased to be back at the bench after a break.

I am happy for you, Teodor, that you were able to play without "stage fright." Congratulations on your recital! By the way, you were right, that kid is pretty amazing.

Congrats! The piece at the beginning was wonderful! And the venue in the last picture looks amazing, it must have been fun to play there.

Sorry to hear that you have not found out the reason for your hand problem. The doctors are so good at most things today, that it is definitly frustrating when you cannot get any answers. It's great that you are playing again though. I can't imagine the patience and will power needed to stay away from the piano! smile

Teodor,
You sounded great! I loved the 2nd piece (so much that I just downloaded the sheet music). Yes, the younger boy was amazing, but I thought your playing communicated more. Well done! & glad you're playing again.

Btw I played this during last recital. I hope to have the recording soon I can't wait to see the recital again. Does the curled pinky mean I have tension in my right hand? I just noticed I had it curled for some reason, don't know if it's like that the whole time.
