The issue you are having is quite unique and is not easy to diagnose. What's more it happens intermittently which makes it like looking for a needle in a haystack. I suppose one thing you could try is to contact the vendor where you bought your Casios and see if you can work out an exchange. If you bought both from the same vendor they might be willing to work with you. Did you buy an extended warranty? If not you might be stuck with them until the problem starts occurring more frequently. It sounds like Casio would do something if they could hear or duplicate the problem. Trying to record the problem using the MIDI might be a longshot but could also validate that a problem exists.

I haven't been following this issue. What exactly is the problem and are you the only one experiencing it?

If you capture the glitch in MIDI and it can be reproduced with another piano, that might be a software piano or aYamaha or else, then it is sure the problem was recorded.
In this case the problem is probably in the keyboard scanner.
This could be a software/firmware bug, but could also be a bad soldering point on your particular device.

If it cannot be reproduced with other pianos, but can be reproduced with Casio pianos, then the problem is probably with the sound generator, for example with polyphony management. In this case a hardware problem can be almost excluded.

If it cannot be reproduced at all, then it starts to become complicated....
Before you contact the support you should collect facts and MIDI recordings if possible. The support people are probably overloaded with beginner questions ("the upper octave is always undamped, help my piano is defect ;-) and will give prerecorded standard answers if the problem is unknown to them and not documented.

You could also download the trial version of Truepianos (This runs on any windowscomputer) and test if this sounds the same.
Or try pianoteq, Truepianos might not be prepared for triple sensor actions, and might therefore produce other spurious glitches.

To figure this out you will need to play a virtual instrument for a while and record the MIDI and audio. Without any data it's just guessing.
