Where I live we seldom get to hear live great orchestras/soloists, so I get to buy a lot of classical music DVDs. Yesterday I watched the '2004 Europa Konzert from Athens': Berlin Philharmonic, Sir Simon Rattle conductor and Daniel Barenboim performing Brahms Piano Concerto #1. Also in the program was Brahms Piano Quartet in g minor Op.25 orchestrated by Schoenberg.

It was a great performance, one of the best I've ever seen on a DVD (it was a live concert, not studio). I strongly recommend it. The price was only US$8.99 (less than most CDs).
