The famous longtime friends who also both happen to be iconic pianists that are Sir Elton John and Leon Russell have decided to add some more cities to their upcoming tour that will be for the promotion of their forthcoming music album that will be titled "The Union."
Amongst the latest dates that have been added to the itinerary after this announcement is the 28th October show that will take place in London, and that will also be broadcasted live on the channel BBC Radio 2. There are some Highlights from that show that will be used in order to turn it into a television special that is going to be titled "A Night In With Sir Elton John," is going to be airing on the 30th of October on the channel BBC Two.
Whilst the Americana is at present being regarded as a musical genre into itself, Leon Russell is going to be personifying the concept. He has made a display of an encyclopedic knowledge that includes the genres of not only blues and country but also gospel and rock ’n’ roll on Thursday at the venue of the Knuckleheads. He will be giving a 80-minute long performance that is going to thrill his intimate audience of around 350 people.
