I know that the demo songs were made just for the Yamaha keyboards, but I really wanted to learn a few of them. Does anyone know where to find the sheet music for the demo songs of the Yamaha P90 electric piano?

I had a P90 which I gave to my grand-daughter. I think the names of the demo songs are in the manual. Once you know the names try Musicnotes.com. But I would guess the demos are custom arrangements or originals played by skilled musicians.

The music is not published. In addition Yamaha disables MIDI while the demoes are played. I can only guess it is to somehow hide the fact that these pieces are constructed using some tricks they would rather not let out.

You could transcribe the music by ear. But if you can't do that, there is now software that can transcribe polyphonic music

My guess is that no human could ever play exact transcriptions of demos. They were likely constructed using a MIDI sequencer

If You are interested in playing those demo songs, I have transcribed a lot of them on my blog: http://jazzcasper-en.blogspot.com/.
The latest transcriptions are those of Yamaha P95 and P105, but You will find that most of them are similar with the ones on the YDP-142 and other digital pianos from this series.
Good luck with practicing smile
Greetings,
Casper Jazz
