I've just checked on the Thomann Cyberstore site in Europe, and I can confirm they do NOT have Ivory II listed.
As they always appear to be an avant garde site, this to me would imply - as most people believe - that Ivory II has not yet been released.

Currently working on:-
C Major scale (r/h only - starting with the pinkie finger)......
