Well, here's what I've learnt in the last 1.5 years, since I started playing the piano:
Beethoven: Für Elise
Yann Tiersen: La Valse d'Amelie, La Noyeé (transcribed for piano), La Demarche, Comptine d'un autre eté: L'apres Midi, Watching Lara
That sweet piano transcription of Shreks theme (this one: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ST5VKW99GkY )
Klaus Badelt: He's a pirate
Yiruma: River Flows in you
Danny Elfman: Ice dance (from Edward Scissorhands)

Accompaniments:
Since I usually accompany popular music, and sheets for that are almost non-existant I tend to improvise here:
The Beatles: Hey Jude, Let it Be
John lennon: Imagine
Travis Tritt: Anymore
Elvis Presley: Are you loansome tonight (ok, I had sheets for this one)

Also, I'm working on some covers, but the only one that is finished is Hallelujah by Rufus Wainwright...
