Any of you who get it, please give your opinions! It could serve well for pieces that are written in B flat!

NO! NO! NO!
What else you want to add, farts?!
No it does not have the potential. Its a wanna be half trumpet half whistle. The classical modern orchestra IMHO is a place for new, interesting instruments, new timbres which a 1 note bad quality horn doesnt have.

Didn't you mean to write ... "pieces that are written on B-flat!"?

LOL, that occurred to me! Whatever, I've been watching a lot of the World Cup lately and after a while, one tends to tune out the racket, and aurally toss it in the rubbish where it so clearly belongs.

BTW, Germany played a very fine game against England. Germany just played better, no getting around that.

Yes, that game was fantastic - finally, Germany played like they meant it. Not like that Serbia game..
England and American both went home in shame, poor souls. But they can only blame themselves. And Robert Green. I suppose... >:)

The idea of vuvuzelas and farts in the symphony...
Hmm... Beethoven probably would have used them in his Wellington Travesty: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7kYHsHFRFxQ . Heck, he used the latter in the 2nd Symphony's last movement, so...

I don't know why so many want Argentina to loze; I think Diego Maradona is doing a fine job in managing the team grin.

I'm brazilian and I DO NOT hope argentina lose. I think Dieguito is doing fine and they have the better attack, very good players.

I like Germany pretty much too, so I hope the better wins!

ps: pelé was way better laugh

The sooner they ban football from vuvuzela concerts the better. Brahms and Ravel both wrote for the instrument, apparently...
