Please advise. I am looking at a Young Chang piano tomorrow. It is 16 years old and is with the original owner. The model is U116, serial number 1870198. The price is $2900.00 I live 2 hours away so I would have to move the piano (or have it moved) so I must consider this in the cost. I would sure appreciate help in this decision. There is another piano in the same city I am considering as well. It is a newer Young Chang. This is the posting for it: Receipt from original purchase. Piano has received all necessary regular tune-ups since purchase.

Dimensions :
Height : 3'7" (109.3cm )
Length : 4'9" (144.8cm )
Depth : 2' (61cm )

PAID $6000.00 on August 15, 2005 - $2900.00 OBO

THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP

The piano is a decent one, however I think the price is high, unless it is from a dealership.

$800-$1200 would be reasonable from a private party.

Thanks Steven. I appreciate your opinion. I was concerned the price was high as well, although it is a Canadian price. I have decided not to travel and hope to find a piano in town.
