yesterday when i practiced playing, my forearm hurt. i just though maybe this was a cramp so i stopped playing. man did it last for i think maybe 30 mins. i asked my friend what i should do he told me to rest and next time i play i should stretch my fingers and arms. well.. now i did stretch but it still hurts but not as bad as yesterday. what should i do to stop hurting myself while playing?

Think all your physical power is in your fingers and relax your arms also shoulders. Check your posture dont sit too high or too low. Your wrists must be flat, dont twist your wrists.
