I need to be excused for yesterday (Saturday). I was on an overnight trip - didn't get back till almost midnight. At which time I thought it a little late to practice. Back to normal as from today (Sunday).

Me too! I just joined the forum. I'm an adult beginner and got my piano (Yamaha NP-30) for Christmas 2009. I have played every day since then and from the start it has been my ambition to play every day unless I am away. What fun to be in a group of like-minded people1

Sadly, I'm out. I can practice 6/7 days no problem, 30/31 days with some difficulty...but not 365/365. My respect for all those who are able to!

Hello there. My name is Michael and I bought a Casio WK 500 two months ago. I have been playing but not as much as I would like to admit. From what I have read so far I think this would help me though. Count me in this ha

My husband just told me my playing really bothers him. So please take me off the list. I lasted 2.5 months, which is longer than I had expected.

Thanks. The crazy thing is he likes my playing - just not the noise. He's partially deaf and has tinnitus, and noises really get to him. He's also lost his job so he's in the house a lot.

I think I need to go on piano withdrawal.

We're pretty low on cash, what with both of us being out of work. But the thought did occur to me.

I was already on the Excused List for travel in January.

Last week I was out for travel March 11-16 with no piano access. And in Feb 23rd out on Travel with no access. Do we need to tell you each time? OR, if you're on the Excused list, you're there with no need to update the list?

And to think, I'm not even posting the times I travel AND DO find a piano to play. grin

Thanks...this is really helping improvement, and it has turned into a daily habit (whist home) that my entire family now even expects... VERY helpful!
