Hello boys and girls smile

I finally got myself away from my new Schimmel.

I decided to change my screen name as the GC1 is no longer a part of my life wink
While I was at it I changed my Avatar!

I asked Frank and he changed my profile name as I didn't want to create a new profile and lose all my valuable Private Message I accumulated over the last 2 years!

So, new name, same old me!

Have great weekend,

Patrick

Why not put that information in your signature? "Formely known as CG1", which should resolve many issues... smile

Cool new screen name, but I definitely prefer your previous avatar. You should bring it back.

Congratulations on your Schimmel again. In any case, it is Patrick, regardless of what piano you have! grin

Congratulations on your new piano and your new forum name, Patrick! Sometimes change is a good thing!

I've thought about changing my forum name.... Rickster seems a little silly to me now, but it is what it is. When I took Spanish class in High School my class name was "Ricardo" grin.

Anyway, post some recordings of you playing your new Schimmel!

Take care,

"Ricardo" grin

Maybe we will look forward, someday, to Imperial Patrick, Fazioli Patrick, or Stuart Patrick... I think I could just about live with the latter (as a name). Maybe for my next dog; my present one already has the demeanor of a prince or a young raja (in the best sense), though not bearing such a distinguished name. Buddy seems to suit him well, though.

Jeff Clef,

My Basenji was a Buddy, a 1965 tri-color model. Are all four of your dogs Basenjis?

They are, Charles! Three are rescue dogs ( http://www.basenjirescue.org ), and Buddy came from a breeder. All purebred Basenji. Not what everyone expects in a dog, but if you like them, they're just the greatest.

We had a gorgeous little tri-color through here, a few rescues ago. I wanted so much to keep her for myself... but I want that with most of them, and that is not how the rescue game works. They have all gone on to successful placements in fine new homes. Little Suzy (the tri) wanted to be an only dog, and that was not going to happen here, so...
