Is there such a thing for piano music? Getting frustrating looking for it if there is!

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I found them once on gamingforce, but they are not there anymore... Sorry. I can tell you though, they are harder than they sound, but easier than they look on sheet music (in my opinion).

Currently working on
Prokofiev Piano Concerto 3
Beethoven Sonata Op.109
Chopin Op.10 No.1
Bach WTC II no. 15

Thank you.

Naively I had not studied what encompasses Earl Wild's career. Sometimes I feel like I am late to the ballgame!

I was inspired by Eric Himy's interpretation of THE MAN I LOVE, and it was that in particular that I was in pursuit.

But you know how it goes...one thing leads to another. I had not realized about his classical career.

Great readings about him here - several pages:

In the summer of 2005 Ivory Classics will release a new disc celebrating Earl Wildfs ninetieth birthday! For this special occasion, Mr. Wild has selected to record repertoire by Bach, Scriabin, Franck and Schumann (CD-75002).

In 2005, Earl Wild will also be celebrating his ninetieth birthday by performing recitals in many U.S. cities as well as in Paris and Amsterdam. This tour will culminate with an official birthday recital at Carnegie Hall in New York City on November 29, 2005.

Mr. Wild is currently working on his memoirs which he hopes to publish in 2006.

I have not read further. Did this happen?

Wild is a gutsy performer. I particularly like his approach to Medtner and Godowsky. More over, he's one of the few American products that doesn't turn out to be a "puffed chicken". I'd like to get hold of the score of his Sonata with the 'toccata a la ricky martin' movt. That sounds fun!

You play it & I'll hum it, but currently rehearsing:

Bach WTC book 2 no 15 G major, no 20 A minor, no 22 Bb Minor
Mozart A minor Sonata K310
Mendelssohn Op 35 preludes and fuges
Busoni Carmen Fantasy
Rachmaninov Bb prelude OP 23 no 2
Lyapunov Humoreske Op 34
and others
