Seriously, there was a thread on the main forum where we were assured that The Accordion is Hot right now. Do any of you listen to the music of Beirut? It's a one-man group fronted by Zach Condon, a 22-year old wunderkind who plays most of the instruments himself, including mandolin, accordion, trumpets and other brass, ukelele, and combines it with a voice remarkably reminiscent of David Byrne's. Great stuff. My favorite song of his is Elephant Gun (which prominently features accordion):
