Can anyone recommend books about the 'building blocks' of New Age piano music and improvisation techniques? It seems a lot of New Age pianists compose at the keyboard, putting together riffs and melodies, almost like a rock/pop pianist might - though New Age borrows more from classical and jazz influences.

I'm looking for something that covers:
- Chord progressions
- Improvising melody, harmony, and bass lines
- Structuring a piece of music / transitioning between sections
- How to evoke different "moods" (seasons, emotions, natural settings, etc.)

I haven't been able to find much looking around in a music shop, so I'm open to suggestions...
