Speechless... those are some awesome playing. You can really make the dp sing.

How long did you study piano to get to this level?

I'm mostly self taught, but I had some lessons when I was about 10 and again when i was 16/17. I'm 19 now so thats...probably about 10 years since I first played a piano. Its hard to say exactly how long I've been 'studying' for.

Hi Bruce,

Thanks for sharing these great videos with us. Your voicing on the Rachmaninoff was very good -I would imagine that's very challenging on a DP. The rhythm on the Bach was solid and the pieces executed beautifully. I'm not familiar with the Prokofiev, but I did enjoy it. The Mendelssohn was charming, with good voicing and dynamics.

Your hand position looks perfect, very unusual for a self-learner. Obviously you had a GOOD teacher early on. Well done thumb I predict we'll see more from you.
