This is a piece I wrote for my fifth wedding anniversary. It's another example where I took a very simple motif and just built a nice little arrangement around it. I was kind of going for something that sounded like a romantic ballad from a 40's movie. Picture Bing in a white tux under the moonlight crooning longingly about the woman he loves. Except there are no words so I guess he'll have to hum it.

I feel like it's a little too short and maybe needs some kind of diversion in the middle but this is one of those cases where it's been this way for many years and I'll probably never actually do anything more with it.

By the way, my wife didn't really care for it. So, maybe it's better that I don't put any more time into it!
