Hello;
I do not play the piano, and I dont know anything about pianos. My mom is trying to sell this piano she bought for my little brother to play. He took classes, learned a little, then dropped it. I remember she bough it in 2000, it was tuned about every 6 months or yearly, i believe until around 2002. Since then its just been used as a decoration piece of furniture in the "formal" living room. So here it is: The placard states:
CARTY PIANO CO.

Pictures are nice but the only way to get an acurate overview of the piano is by seeing it in person. Try to locate a player tech in your area.

It might work better if the piano roll were not on backwards.

Carty Piano Company was a well known and well respected player piano store in the LA area. I would suggest you contact a player piano tech in your area. A very good one is Randy Cox in Anaheim Hills, phone 714-404-2635 He would be able to tell you more about your piano. I believe he travels all around the LA area.
