Hello everyone,

I'm interested in learning more about harmony and perhaps composing something myself at some point.

Could anyone advise on a book that could help? I'm looking for something perhaps that might be assigned to first year undergraduate students of composition/music theory - something that starts pretty much from the beginning but doesn't dumb it down.

Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance,

Robin

This has been discussed several times in the past. Do a search on theory books and you should be able to dig up the info. If not let us know and we'll have a go at it again. smile
