That’s wonderful news, Apple!
I wish the treatment for my wife’s brain tumor had tuned out as well.
May God continue to richly bless you and your family!

That's great news, Apple. Stay positive and enjoy growing your hair.
Last year this time, I was driving my mother to Savannah 5 days a week for Chemo. There was no sign of cancer in her CT scan 3 months ago. We go to Savannah to see doctors tomorrow. She gets her hair cut Saturday. Today is her 84th birthday. You're going to be around for much longer.

Congratulations, apple*! This is a major rite of passage indeed. I have a good friend who (thus far successfully) completed chemo for lymphoma six years ago. Even now he remembers the *exact* date of his last treatment.

I have only just caught up to this, and my heartfelt best wishes go out to you apple! The long haul is over and now you can begin to think about getting back into the routine of things. I went through the whole chemo rad thing in 2007 and so far is clear. It's quite neat the cameraderie of seeing the same people every day going through the same thing, you realize ALOT of people are dealing with various conditions.
You look great! I remember seeing a very tall PROUD woman completely bald, just such a confidence in her posture - that was beautiful to see.

I was diagnosed with malignant melanoma a few years back. They excised the cancer from my back and I've been free of it for a few years now. I didn't go through chemo, but I know the kind of shock a cancer diagnosis can bring.
It definitely changes your life. But for some reason, it's always for the better. It's all about balance. You lose one thing, you gain another. That seems to be lifes strange design.
Glad to know you're feeling better!
