We had our Schimmel tuned today. We had a free tune 30 days after we bought it last Christmas. The difference is like night and day. So it looks like we have found the new caretaker for our baby.

The technician we used today is the President of the local Piano Technicians Guild and really spent a lot of time getting it set up. My wife thought it couldn't sound any better and was giving me a hard time for tuning it again so soon. But after he left she played several songs on it and was very happy.

So job one after buying a piano is finding a great technician to care for it.
wow

You said it Swell!

By the way, was it Rob Goodale that tuned your piano?

Just curious.

The title didn't say very much that was sensible due to the random apostrophe in 'technicians'

Best intentions,

The Piano Technicians Guild should really be the "Piano Technicians' Guild", but its never written that way.

Fun stuff!

Did you borrow that apostrophe from "it's"?

I'll figure it out eventually.
Until then you may want to keep a safe distance.

RySowers,

At the unintended risk of offending you, are we to look for apostrophe errors only or at all grammar and punctuation errors?

That's OK.You're in good company. laugh

The Piano Technicians Guild should really be "The Piano Technicians' Guild," but, it's never written that way.

Is that close?

Charles
