Hello,
I know someone who is selling a Casio Celviano AP-21, in "excellent condition." He is asking $500 for it.
What do you think?
Too expensive?
Thanks.

Casio has reused that model designation, so it may be a fairly recent model or it may be as much as 10 years old. If it's fairly recent (no more than 3-4 years old), it is probably worth $300-400. If it is a very old unit, than he probably should pay *you* to haul it away.

In any case, brand-new Casios are available for less than $1000, as little as $400 in the case of the PX-120. So there's no reason to spend very much money on a used one. The corresponding new console model would be an AP-400 or AP-200, which is about $800-$1000, I think.

Thank you Geoffk, from the pictures they sent it looks like the one from about 10 years.
