Anyone looking for a small grand? Check out Craigslist, Atlanta, piano. It isn't mine. I did look around the living room to see where I could fit in a grand, but I'll be buying a new upright. I just thought this might interest someone here.

It is a 1928 so it probably is in need of a full rebuild. Since it is an estate piano at 10K they may take less because it could be that all they are going to get is core value from a rebuilder which is much less than 10K. If I were you and had the space I would take a look and if it looks good I would have a tech check it out and make an offer. You never know about these things and a good upright isn't cheap. This could possibly be a sleeper. If you are new to the piano it might be a very good start as you don't need perfection right from the start, you could rebuild it in the future.
