it only happens with this key, theres a noticeable buzz that i can't trace--- it doesn't seem to be coming from the piano but the room itself

also doesnt happen when i have headphones on

Had this problem on a lowish octave note when I had my K/B in the basement. I moved all the ornaments, lamps and pictures... finally found the buzz in a wood panel. I few thumps with a hammer (on the panel nails!) and the buzz disappeared!

Maybe you can record the note again and again using the recorder of your DP, then play and search in the room where it comes from.
