On my computer, I only get 11 posts per page. There is a big blank area (about 3/4 of the whole page) down there.

Why?

Go to "My Stuff", "edit preferences", and you'll find where you can set the number of posts displayed on a page. I think mine is set to 35.

Don't worry about it. The site determines your ability to handle information and sets the view accordingly. Mine started at 6 ("six"). As your knowledge improves, the number of posts you can see goes up. After six weeks I'm already up to seven!!!
