It seems to me that a thread about FAQs has mysteriously vanished. The moderator had offered to compile the information about how to become a piano technician - what schools are out there, what resources, as well as other information. It was pointed out to him where this information can be found for the purposes of compilation.

Not only is this an FAQ of real merit, (as opposed to many other questions in the technicians FAQ forum) it was also meant to smooth a few waves which had crashed on the shores of this forum. So what gives?

I can see that an idea simply fizzles out, but when whole threads disappear over night, I start to wonder what is going on...

Same here actually, I had been working on a document all week ……just got back here to finish up and I saw the thread moving last night. Jurgen this morning it was there, I am pretty sure.
