Hi

I'm sure I've seen some mention of studio management software on this forum but I'm not having much luck with a search. I know there are online services like musicteachershelper.com but what I'm looking for is software that I can buy for just my computer, without the monthly payments to an online service.

Thanks in advance for any help

I use Quickbooks, which is overkill, but I own it for other businesses, so I use that. I use it only for student tuition and payments, and for contact info. I use Outlook and Google calendar for scheduling (google calendar is posted on my website so students can see when their lesson is). And I use Word for any correspondence. These are all pieces of software I have anyways, and they've worked out very well for me. I also had considered musicteachershelper.com, but I didn't care for the monthly payments, especially when I already had the tools I needed.

Instead of Quickbooks, I think MS Money Deluxe also has a component for billing, but I preferred using QB.
