I'm trying to learn how to play "The Long and Winding Road" by the Beatles. A lot of the chords look similar to Eflat/G, Eflat7sus and Bflat7. I don't know what these chords look like and they appear to be to complex for the chord finder program I downloaded. Is there a formula for figuring out these type of chords??

It means play an Eflat with a G bass note. You can look up what Eflat7sus looks like. Bflat7 is just a Bflat with an additional note to the right with the same interval as the other ones. Sometimes you cant get fingering right playing the E/G type chords as they are really made to be played alone while someone else plays the melody, but give it a try and if it doesnt work just go for the Eflat alone.

Hooah - that is excellent advice from Prodigul. The main thing is not to get overwhelmed by the look of a chord name - take time with the chords alone before you play hands together - and always remember that the right hand can play chord notes too to help the left hand - just keep these extra right hand notes BELOW the melody. Keep at it!!

Cheers
