Hurray! Today was lesson number one with my first ever piano teacher. It was great. He told me there was one thing to always remember...."be on time". I replied that he only as to tell me onece.

Anyway, One day, I hope to look back on today's lesson and say...what a onederful day that was.

ACE makes an A minor which is the one chord in the key of A natrual minor, so I would have to say yes you can!!

I find it pretty amazing this thread has continued to amuse and delight for more than two years now (and nearly 50 pages).

I'm afraid for me, the mildly humorous idea originating two years ago lost its novelty after about the third post, but don't let me deter anyone for posting (not that I could, even if I tried).

There needs to be some rules here.

For an example: you can't make two or three posts on the "1" thread in "1" day, let's say, ok? I mean, it's just not fair.

As one who has visited and contributed to the 1 thread semi-regularly, I must say that you, Tenuto, are one who has violated her own new one thread "rule." I, for one, think that the one thread is semi-sacred. No new rules allowed. Therefore, I conclude that you did not break the rules, after all.

Oh, wait, you didn't put 1 in that last post. That is the one rule that has been enforced in the one thread from the beginning. In order to make amends you must make one post to the one thread every day for one month. Or is it one year?

Today on June one, the weatherman says it will be One-oh-two here today. It has been one very hot spring. Last year we had one very hot spring, and one very cool summer. One wonders if that will happen again. I, for one, cannot wait until Tuesday and Wednesday when the forecast calls for one-oh-seven.
