This afternoon my ONE son fed ONE goose ONE piece of bread from ONE of his hands. Although many of the geese at a local pond will allow people to hand feed them, this is the first time my son has had the courage to do so himself.

I have really nothing to say on the one thread, other than one other day again.... it's very hot and humid in NY. It makes me sleep just going outdoors... so I should be glad to be in an air-conditioned building. Ick. I love recycled air. Oh well. Have a nice one, everyone.

Today is the 1st day of summer. Supposed to be around 92 here.....and HUMID. I'm sweating just thinking about it

Less than ONE hundred here today for the 1st time in several days. We're looking at a cold day tomorrow. Only 94 or so. Funny, it always seems to cool down some here when it is officially summer as compared to the last few weeks of spring. ONE good thing about living in a near desert, it is rarely humid.

Another hot one in the city - but that's the summer for ya! It looks like rain should crack the humidity - give us all a break. That would be a most welcome respite. Looking forward to that one. (Happy sigh).
