Get a sight reading exercises book.
There's one by Geroge Dandelot, but I don't know how easy would be for you to find it.

The title of the book is "Practical manual for the study of the keys of So, Fa & Do" but I haven't found it under that title on the net. The edition I have is printed by "Musical Iberoamericana" and it's a spanish edition... but from what I know, it's a very popular book. You might wanna shop around your country's music stores and ask for Georges Dandelot books.

EDIT:
Here's one...
Dandelot

Several months ago, I bought a copy of the Crazy 8ths card game right here on Piano World. They have been great fun, and very helpful in teaching me to read the notes on the staff.
