I need help finding the music score for the song mentioned below for the piano. I have looked all over the internet and have gone to many music stores with no luck. I have also checked in England. If someone out there has a copy, I sure would like to get a copy.

The song is from the movie "Susan Slept Here" released in 1954. It was written by Jack Lawrence and Richard Myers, and was nominated for an Oscar in 1954. It was sung by Don Cornell. The name of the song is "Hold My Hand".
It starts out with the words "So this is the kingdom of heaven---"

I am 70 and trying to learn to play the piano, although I have a long way to go. I like playing the old standards of the 20's, 30's, 40's, 50's, and some 60's and 70's.
