Guy? SAS is a girl! My advice to you, Piano Gal, is to lay low for a while. And whatever you do, don't mention pumpkin carob chip cookies.

laugh Okay... Change the subject, then. How about a new Ben & Jerry's flavor?

"Heavenly Hamburger!" A vanilla base ice cream, with chunks of real ground beef, lettuce, onion, and tomato!

He said he never had sex with that girl. Eventually it came out that he did, but it's kind of a stretch to blame her.

If a group of people attacks and kills lots of Americans or American allies, then it's the duty of the government to do whatever it takes to stop them.

The point being that if you don't stop them then there's nothing left.

I don't think this position makes America good or bad, it's simple self defense.

Right, I think the sequence was:
- Saddam invaded Kuwait
- We beat him halfway
- We sat and let him shoot at us for about 11 years
- We beat him the rest of the way
- The big mess in Iraq continues
- Somehow the 9/11 terror people got involved
- Saddam and Osama are both bad
- Why doesn't the president just fix all this?

Hey, this crap don't rhyme

This not rhyming thing
I think I may be a poet
Naw, just a little lazy, not having to think of a word that rhymes, so, back to the piano, but, for some reason, I'm hungry.

gmm1,

You're not following the rules of haiku. We will have to subtract points for that.

It was that last phrase, huh?

We had chocolate chip cookies galore
But still they yelled out for more
With a dry heave and chunder
They blew chunks like thunder
When they found the cookies were made out of spores!

There once was a chocolate chip cookie
So big it could feed a large Wookie
But fur it did fly
'Cause carob was nigh
The cook was removed with a hooky!

(Ok, so that last one probably isn't a word, but, hey, it rhymes!!! LOL)

Peyton, you have a good voice and the song is nice. I wonder if you could tell me, how do you write songs. Do you first sing the melody or how? However, good job! I even downloaded it:)

Thanks. I write in different ways. Sometimes I'll get a story in my head and start writing lyrics then sit down to find some chords to go with it. I'm working on one now called The Better Man. I had just a rough idea of the story. I did a few lines and then sat down at the piano. Once I had some chords I changed the lines to fit the cadence and melody. So they are sort of working hand in hand.
