Should one get this FREE Baby Grand or not?

I found this FREE Baby Grand on a local listing. The owner only says it still plays and sounds nice despite having a few sticky keys and having not been tuned ..probably forever! She provides no further info about its age, or model, or whatever else.

I could use (and could arrange enough room for) a free baby grand, but don't know if I have enough courage for taking it...! The costs of moving, pitch raise, and tuning are definitely not cheap.... in the area where I live!

Here are a few pictures she posted. Should anyone be crazy enough to get this FREEBIE?

Didn't think of a possibility of a scam!

No, I won't get it home... The place turned out really far from me. Not sure how it even showed up in the local Craigslist listing here!
